REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

  • We typically do not accept any returns or exchanges after you receive an item. If you need to change your size or shipping address, please contact us via email before it has shipped, and we can update your order if it has not already been processed.
  • All sales are final, meaning once you purchase, anything you order is a finalized decision and 100% non-refundable.
  • Refunds and exchanges are handled at our company’s discretion depending on the situation. However, if the issue was due to an error on our end, we will always take full accountability and make things right.
  • For any product to be considered eligible for a refund or exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Size charts are provided on each product page. Please check your sizing before ordering. We will not accept exchanges or refunds due to the wrong size being ordered.

SHIPPING ISSUES

  • We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for any issues that occur on the carrier’s behalf. 
  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
  • In the event that an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer MUST contact us via email regarding their order.
